How We Use AI

ProField uses Claude AI, built by Anthropic, to generate professional inspection report narratives from your checklist results. When you complete an inspection, your findings are sent securely to Anthropic's API, which returns a written narrative tailored to what was found. You can read and edit it before anything is sent to the customer.

We do not use your customer data to train AI models. Your inspection data is used only to generate your report and is governed by our Privacy Policy and Anthropic's usage policies.
