ProField was built out of a real frustration. When you run a field service business — whether that is duct cleaning, chimney sweeping, or mobile auto repair — the work does not end when you finish the job. It ends when the customer has a professional report in their inbox and a signed invoice on file. That last step was always the bottleneck.
Technicians were spending 20-30 minutes per job writing reports by hand, emailing blurry photos, or worse — never sending anything at all. Customers were left wondering what was actually done. And businesses were losing upsell opportunities because nothing was documented clearly.

Customers pay by card through Stripe — the money goes to your own account. Zelle and Venmo are a US option; cash and check can be recorded anywhere. US and Canadian address formats are supported today.

How We Use AI
ProField writes your report for you. When you complete an inspection, AI turns your checklist results, notes, and photos into a professional, customer-ready narrative in about 30 seconds. You read and edit it before anything is sent to the customer.
We do not use your customer data to train AI models. Your inspection data is used only to generate your report and is governed by our Privacy Policy.
