Download ProField from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and create your account. Your 14-day free trial begins automatically — no credit card is required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.

When your 14-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan to continue using ProField. Your data, reports, and customers are all saved — nothing is deleted. If you need more time to decide, just email us.

If you subscribed on the web dashboard (Android and web users, and the cheaper option for everyone), manage or cancel anytime at app.getprofield.com. If you subscribed in-app on iPhone, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, find ProField, and tap Cancel Subscription. Manage it here too: app.getprofield.com. If you run into any issues, email us at support@getprofield.com.

For subscriptions billed through the web dashboard (Android and web), email us and we handle it directly. For in-app purchases on iPhone, refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Either way, email support@getprofield.com and we'll handle it directly. If you have a specific concern, reach out to us first — we're happy to help resolve the issue.

After you complete a checklist in the field, ProField uses AI to turn your pass/fail/warn answers, notes, and photos into a professional written report. The AI formats the language, highlights findings, and produces a PDF ready to send to your customer — all within seconds.

Yes — you can complete inspections and fill out checklists without an internet connection. An internet connection is required to generate AI reports and send PDFs to customers. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Yes! ProField is available on Android — get it on Google Play. On Android, subscriptions are billed through the ProField web dashboard rather than in-app purchase.

You can update your email and password from the Settings screen inside the ProField app. If you're locked out or the option isn't working, email us and we'll help you regain access.

Yes. Add technicians anytime at $9.99/mo each. Each technician gets their own login and 30 AI credits a month, and jobs, reports, and customers are shared across the team. Owners and admins see everything; techs see only their assigned jobs.
