Download ProField from the App Store and create your account. Your 30-day free trial begins automatically — no credit card is required to start. You'll have full access to all features during the trial period.
When your 30-day trial ends, you'll be prompted to choose a subscription plan to continue using ProField. Your data, reports, and customers are all saved — nothing is deleted. If you need more time to decide, just email us.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, find ProField, and tap Cancel Subscription. If you run into any issues, email us at support@getprofield.com.
Refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a specific concern, reach out to us first — we're happy to help resolve the issue.
After you complete a checklist in the field, ProField uses AI to turn your pass/fail/warn answers, notes, and photos into a professional written report. The AI formats the language, highlights findings, and produces a PDF ready to send to your customer — all within seconds.
Yes — you can complete inspections and fill out checklists without an internet connection. An internet connection is required to generate AI reports and send PDFs to customers. Data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
ProField is currently iOS-only. An Android version is in our roadmap. Email us at support@getprofield.com to get notified when Android support launches — your interest helps us prioritize.

You can update your email and password from the Settings screen inside the ProField app. If you're locked out or the option isn't working, email us and we'll help you regain access.
Multi-user and team features are available on the Pro plan. Each technician gets their own login, and jobs, reports, and customers are shared across the team. Contact us for details on team pricing.
