You can request permanent deletion of your ProField account and its associated data at any time. Here's how it works and what happens to your data.
Send an email to support@getprofield.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. The email must be sent from the address associated with your ProField account so we can verify it's really you.
We confirm the request comes from the account owner's email address. If anything is unclear, we'll reply to verify before deleting anything.
Once verified, your account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Retained records are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.
You don't have to delete your whole account. Inside the ProField app you can delete individual customers, jobs, inspection reports, and photos at any time — without affecting the rest of your account. For anything you can't remove in-app, email support@getprofield.com.
