By creating an account or using ProField ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. ProField is operated from Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
ProField is a mobile application for field service professionals that provides structured inspection checklists, AI-generated report narratives, digital signature capture, and PDF report generation and delivery. The App is available on iOS.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Admin users are responsible for all technician accounts created under their organization.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
ProField operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate completed inspection reports. One (1) credit equals one (1) completed inspection report, including AI narrative generation, PDF creation, and email delivery.
Credits purchased through one-time credit packs (Starter Pack, Pro Pack, and Business Pack) do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely, provided your account remains in good standing and active.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law and the policies of the payment platform used for the purchase. Credits that have been consumed (used to generate reports) cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you experience a technical failure that prevents report generation and results in credit consumption without a usable report, contact support@getprofield.com within 7 days. ProField will review and may issue credit restoration at its sole discretion. Purchases made through Apple in-app purchase are also subject to Apple's refund process and App Store policies. Purchases made through the web dashboard are processed through Stripe and are subject to applicable Stripe/payment-card network processes.
ProField offers monthly subscriptions through both the web dashboard and the iOS app. Web dashboard subscriptions and eligible web billing flows are processed through Stripe. iOS in-app subscriptions are processed through Apple in-app purchase. Subscription pricing, duration, included access, and billing platform are shown before purchase. For Apple in-app purchases, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Apple subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, and your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel Apple subscriptions from your App Store account settings. Web dashboard subscriptions may be managed through the web dashboard or by contacting support@getprofield.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless the applicable billing platform states otherwise. You will retain access to subscription features and any remaining monthly credits until the end of the paid period. Monthly credits do not roll over to the following month and are forfeited upon cancellation or non-renewal.
ProField may modify subscription pricing. Price changes for Apple in-app purchase subscriptions are handled through App Store processes, including any required notice or consent flow provided by Apple. Price changes for web dashboard subscriptions are handled through web billing notices or other legally required notice and consent processes.
For iOS users, use of the ProField app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
ProField uses artificial intelligence to generate inspection report narratives. These narratives are generated based on the checklist inputs provided by the technician and are intended as professional documentation aids only.
AI-generated report narratives do not constitute professional engineering assessments, safety certifications, code compliance determinations, or legal opinions. The technician and their employer remain solely responsible for the accuracy of inspection findings, the completeness of the checklist inputs, and any recommendations made to customers.
ProField recommends that all AI-generated narratives be reviewed by the technician before delivery to the customer.
ProField's AI report generation feature uses the Claude API provided by Anthropic PBC. By using this feature, you acknowledge that inspection result data (not customer personal information) is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. You agree to use this feature in compliance with applicable laws and not to submit any sensitive personal data, health information, or information subject to special regulatory protection through the AI report generation feature.

ProField and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RLHF Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all inspection data, photos, and reports you create using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProField shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the App.
ProField's total liability for any claim arising from the App shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to ProField in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@getprofield.com. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the process outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ProField after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
