We provide mobile software tools for field service businesses to conduct inspections, generate reports, and deliver documentation to their customers.

Your data is stored in Supabase's cloud infrastructure, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. Supabase uses encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all stored data.

ProField enforces row-level security so that each company's data is isolated — technicians and admins can only access data belonging to their own organization.

The app stores a local offline copy of inspection data on your device using SQLite, which is encrypted by the device's operating system security.

While we take reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your account credentials private.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your company data, customer records, inspection reports, and photos within 30 days, except where required to retain records by law (e.g., for tax or legal compliance).

When you enter customer names, addresses, and contact information into ProField, you are the data controller for that information. ProField acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers to enter and store their information in a third-party application, in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

9. Children's Privacy

ProField is a business tool intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at support@profield.app and we will delete the account promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ProField after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
